Welcome to LiveToTell ("we," "our," or "the App"). By downloading, installing, or using this app, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

1. Description of the Service
LiveToTell allows you to:
- Share your stories in text, audio, and images
- Customize book covers and personal profiles
- Connect with friends through contact-based friend groups
Some features may require subscriptions or access to your photos, microphone, and contacts.
2. User Accounts
- You may need an account to use certain features.
- You are responsible for keeping your account login secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Subscriptions
- Certain content or features require a paid subscription, which is auto-renewable.
- Payment is processed through Google Play (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS), and their terms apply.
- Subscription terms, billing, and cancellation rules are managed via the respective platform.
- We do not control the renewal schedule or billing; please review your store account for details.
4. Use of Personal Data
The App may request access to:
- Photos – to create your profile, book covers, and stories.
- Microphone – to record audio for transcription into text stories.
- Contacts – to create friend groups and share stories with people you know.
Your data is used only for the purposes described above and is not shared with third parties except as required for processing subscriptions or complying with the law.
5. User Content
- You retain ownership of your stories, photos, and audio.
- By using the App, you grant LiveToTell a non-exclusive license to display, store, and process content necessary to provide the service.
- You are responsible for the content you upload and must not violate any laws or third-party rights.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Harass, abuse, or harm others
- Upload viruses or malicious code
- Attempt to reverse-engineer the App
Violation may result in termination of your account.
7. Third-Party Services
- The App may include links to external websites or services.
- We are not responsible for third-party content or privacy practices.
8. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.
- Upon termination, your subscription will be canceled according to your store provider’s rules.
9. Limitation of Liability
- The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- LiveToTell is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.
